DPUP works across Bangladesh to empower persons with disabilities\u2014particularly people who are blind, women, and children\u2014through advocacy, capacity building, education, livelihood development, healthcare, and community-based inclusive development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registered with both the <strong>Department of Social Services<\/strong> and the <strong>NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh<\/strong>, DPUP has been working for more than two decades to promote disability inclusion, social justice, poverty reduction, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Vision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To build an
